Raymond C. Des Marais* is the founding entrepreneur and principal designer of the GENSTOR© technology. Upon implementation of the Company's volume manufacturing capability Mr. Des Marais will participate in the choice of a President and chief operating officer.

Ole-Andreas Sandven* ScD a Physical Metallurgist, is a founder who achieved his doctorate studies at MIT. He has over 35 years of technology development and management experience with AVCO, ABB principally in laser metallurgy and various heating element technology development.

Vice President Manufacturing Engineering

John Linkel is a founder who has over 30 years of electronic manufacturing and project management experience with Rockwell Int., Digital and Compaq.

Vice President of Business and Financial Development

Saeed Pourali, Doctor of Business Administration, is a founder who has considerable experience in the setting up and operation of an international Trade & Industrial Free Zone.

Vice President and Director of Power Engineering

Francis J. Rene* is a founder who has over 20 years of power engineering design and management with Digital and Compaq. Most recently as President of Power Partners, Inc., a power supply importer and distributor company here in the US.

Vice President of Quality Assurance

Clarke F. Shipman is a founder who has over 30 years of senior quality management with Honeywell, Additive Services, Inc. and Digital/Compaq.

Treasurer

William Ross is a founder who has over 30 years of financial management experience with Digital and his own financial firms dealing with payroll, financial planning, tax counseling and financial reporting.

Michael J. Rouleau is a founder who has over 25 years of electronic circuit manufacturing supervision and coordination experience.
